Limited Lifetime Warranty Information

Gator Cases provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty for original owners, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty includes repair or replacement with a comparable product at Gator's discretion. It excludes personal property loss, accidental damage, misuse, and normal wear and tear.

Damage Not Covered

Damage due to misuse, neglect, abrasion, exposure to harsh elements, or shipping is not covered.

Moving Parts

Covered for one year (e.g., zippers, wheels, handles). After that, parts may be provided for free, but repairs may incur a charge.

Electronics

Covered under a 90-day warranty. For parts beyond that, contact Gator Cases.

Airline/Shipping Damage

Not covered. File claims with the carrier. Gator can assist by providing repair/replacement estimates.

Discontinued Items

Covered for one year after discontinuation or from the original purchase date, whichever is later. Replacement parts provided if available.

Voiding Your Warranty

• Unauthorized maintenance or repairs
• Use of products in a rental capacity
