1. About iHOMI

International House of Music is a musical instrument store located in Downtown Los Angeles, California. We sell musical instruments, music equipment, accessories, used gear, and related products and services.

Risk of loss may transfer to you once the product is delivered to the shipping carrier, delivered to the address provided, or picked up by you or your authorized representative, depending on the applicable transaction.

8. Used Gear and Pre-Owned Items

Used, vintage, open-box, demo, repaired, refurbished, consignment, or pre-owned items may show signs of wear, prior use, cosmetic imperfections, repairs, modifications, missing original packaging, or non-original components.

Descriptions of used items are provided in good faith but may not identify every cosmetic or functional detail. You are responsible for reviewing the listing, photos, specifications, condition details, and any available inspection information before purchasing.

Used and pre-owned items may have limited or no manufacturer warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

9. Repairs, Services, Rentals, and Special Orders

Repair services, maintenance services, rentals, lessons, special orders, holds, deposits, layaway arrangements, installations, stage production, and other service-related transactions may be subject to additional terms, estimates, timelines, deposits, approval requirements, or written agreements.

Any estimate provided is an estimate only and may change based on parts availability, labor requirements, instrument condition, supplier pricing, shipping delays, additional damage discovered, or other factors.

Special orders, custom orders, deposits, service fees, repair diagnostic fees, and rental charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

10. Accounts

Some website features may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and update it when necessary. We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.

iHOMI may use one or more third-party service providers, including Broadvoice or other telecommunications or messaging providers, to deliver SMS messages. Broadvoice and any other third-party messaging provider shall not be held liable under any circumstances in the event of a breach, disagreement, or other dispute between iHOMI and any customer, third party, or individual arising from such breach or dispute. All parties acknowledge and agree that Broadvoice and any other applicable messaging provider will not be liable for resolving, indemnifying, or assuming liability related to disputes or issues that may arise between iHOMI and any other party, including claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from such breaches, disagreements, or disputes.

We reserve the right to update our text messaging terms from time to time. Your continued participation in text messaging after updates are posted or communicated means you accept the updated terms.

15. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupons

Promotions, discounts, coupons, sale prices, financing offers, free shipping offers, and special offers are subject to additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, weight restrictions, product restrictions, and availability.
