WARRANTY

Gator Frameworks provides a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner, with proof of purchase. The warranty includes repair or replacement of the product or a similar item at Gator's discretion.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear
• Damage due to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or shipping
• Products used for rental purposes
• Unauthorized maintenance or repairs

Coverage Details:

• Moving parts (zippers, handles, wheels): Covered for 1 year; field-replaceable parts available after that
• Electronics: 90-day warranty
• Discontinued items: Warranty support for 1 year post-discontinuation or purchase date, whichever is later

Shipping Damage: Not covered; file a claim with the carrier. Gator can assist with documentation.

Warranty Claim Process: Submit original receipt and defect photos. Ship defective items to a Gator Service Center at your cost. Gator will inspect and, if covered, repair or replace the product. If the product is discontinued, a comparable replacement will be provided.
